You are a government entity, a local or an international NGO looking to implement a socio-economic development project in Guinea, Plume & Papyrus provides you with a feasibility study by conducting analysis and evaluation of potential actions in the country, based on broad research and investigation to support your decision-making process. We will objectively research the strength and weaknesses of other existing programs/projects in the field and provide advice on the necessary resources to successfully carry through.
